This paper introduces the principle of phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage switching (ZVS) converter and the design of a new communication AC/DC converter based on UCC3895. The experimental results show that the performance of the new AC/DC converter based on the circuit design is stable and the efficiency is up to 90%. The EMC test project has reached the standard and has entered the mass production stage.
